The double-unique label
 

Sispace’s labeling system makes possible a hierarchical indexing of various archive groups. It has the following advantages:

As a Records Management Tool the Ident (the unique label’s identifier) helps users, with an inherent large error tolerance, process files, folders, boxes or larger containers efficiently. That means the data entry, managing, archiving and keep an audit trail.  

Furthermore the label makes hierarchical filing in each bigger container (the Babushka principle) possible. This system can be customized and extended to other archive goods or archive good groups (i.e. GLP or even art).

When filing (physically or electronically the Ident helps as a navigation element. It is the efffective anchor to which the meta data can be attached.

When interacting with a DMS/RMS, the Ident is the main interface and allows for the fastest possible identification of the goods. The communication of the lifecycle stage becomes clear and unmistakable.

 

 

At any time, the label gives information about the current location of a file as well as archive history of individual documents. With SiLabel the archival goods will be immediately, and during the entire archival time, uniquely identifiable. Because of the differences in the color, the intelligent index structure, the controlled and guaranteed uniqueness of the label, freedom from errors is the standard.

SiLabel can be processed manually or by machine. Even if there is a case of damage to the index, the SiLabel can still be identified. Even manual archive lists are well supported by SiLabel.

The index system SiLabel is fitted to the SiBox archive box as well as the management software Archivum. This combination substantially increases the efficiency. Because it is very flexible, but at the same time simple, it meets organizational requirements of all industries.
